L'Africanisant will be taking up residence at the Eastwest Hotel from 13 May to 20 June ! The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, inviting guests on an immersive journey into the culinary world of Chef Carole Befolo. In the evening, two menus will be available: the Africanisant menu and the Signature menu, each revealing a unique facet of her cuisine. At lunchtime, an Africanisant menu, including starter, main course and dessert, will allow you to discover the richness of her gastronomic proposals.
